Beyond his childhood "helping out" in the store, an engineer by degree, a graduate of Villanova, Ross spent some years in a development business with his uncle.
That precise process of bidding and building helps him today in the design and product development of the reproductions of antique furniture, gates, chandeliers, and mantels that are the frontispieces of this long term business, and that involve negotiations in thirteen countries. |

The namesake of its founder, Ross Lodato Sr., Ross feels a very personal responsibility of keeping its memories, yet bringing it up to date for survival in a highly competitive marketplace.
He offers, "I feel my father's presence here today - Dad's love for his family and for the business he built with his own hands. I want to take care of all the families who work here, as we're the legacy and the responsibility that he left us."
Ross lives in Greenwich with Janice, his wife of 18 years and their three children, Alyssa, Ross III, and Kristen.
